Our recent pilot youth mental health awareness training saw parents/carers having really useful conversations about what our young people are experiencing, plus tips for how we can support them. This has triggered the start of a new parent/carer network around supporting mental health for Sydenham School or SFH parents.
We're going to meet on Tuesday 7 June 7.30-9.30 at the Sylvan Post bar, 24-28 Dartmouth Road, SE23 3XZ. Come along to hear from pilot participants, share ideas and enjoy some parent/carer-led mutual support on these issues.
