Before BT, I worked on DEI and Leadership projects at the National Grid, Met Police, Tesco, NSPCC etc. I am a proud parent, RSA Fellow, and Board Trustee. Siobhan Baker

In 2018, Siobhan secured a scholarship during her educational journey, which facilitated her transition into a software development role. Through embracing opportunities for learning and teaching, she has established herself as a notable figure in the tech field, including her recent role as an instructor at a Java bootcamp.
Juliet Gilkes Romero
'Writing for stage and screen'
Juliet, an acclaimed writer for both stage and screen, has an impressive portfolio that includes "The Whip" with the Royal Shakespeare Company and "Upper Cut" at the Southwark Playhouse. Her film credits feature "Soon Gone: A Windrush Chronicle" for the BBC, co-produced by Sir Lenny Henry's company, and "The Gift," a modern retelling of Medea filmed for Jermyn Street Theatre's series on Greek tragic heroines.
In 2022-23, she held the position of Writer-in-Residence at the National Theatre. Before that, she served as a foreign affairs reporter and producer for BBC World Service Radio/BBC World TV, reporting on events in Ethiopia, Cuba, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic.

'Follow your dreams and enjoy the journey'
I am a children’s author, but I am very late to the party. I didn’t get published until I was 57! Although I enjoyed writing stories in primary school, at secondary school I fell in love with fashion. For some years I worked as a fashion editor and stylist. Later, I switched to writing features for magazines. And later still, on a whim, I took a job as a library assistant in a school library. Here I rediscovered my love for children’s literature and eventually wrote my first book!
